At Karla's Neopoints Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
